Finally, we can reveal where the Ekta Helsinki store will open in August.

We are delighted to announce that starting from August 14th, you can find us and all our products at Urban A (Fredrikinkatu 18, Helsinki), as part of a collection of responsible and high-quality clothing brands.

A new chapter in Ekta Helsinki's story

From the very beginning, Ekta Helsinki has aimed to provide responsibly and environmentally friendly produced knitwear that are essential pieces for a sustainable wardrobe. Our collection is designed to be timeless and stylish, with each product being easy to combine to various outfits and occasions. We sincerely hope that our products will be used extensively and loved year after year.

We have always wanted to create products that speak through style and sustainability. Hence, the minimalist appearance is combined with high-quality, 100% Finnish sheep wool, with weaving techniques designed specifically for Ekta Helsinki's needs. Thanks to this unique manufacturing method, we are able to utilize Finnish sheep wool in our products, often ending up as waste due to its challenging workability.

The new store is a new opportunity that we embrace with joy and excitement. Since 2004, Urban A has curated carefully considered premium-quality products for consumers who value beauty and responsibility. We are proud to become a part of this group. The collaboration has felt inspiring from the beginning and just the right choice for us.

In practice, Ekta Helsinki will have its own dedicated section in the store. However, collaboration with other participants enables entirely new ways of operating as well as extended opening hours, making it even easier to come and try on Ekta Helsinki products and admire them in person.
