Shipping & Returns

We ship all orders within 3-5 business days. 

Shipping within Finland

We use Posti as our shipping partner within Finland. Your order will be shipped to a pick-up point chosen by you. Posti shipping is free of charge for any purchase above 150 EUR. For a purchase less than 150 EUR we charge a shipping fee of 6,90 EUR. 

For orders that have not been picked up within the time frame set by Posti, we have the right to charge a fee of 15€ for our handling cost of the order.  

International shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipping is provided by DHL and Fedex. Shipping within EU is free of charge for all purchases above 150 EUR. For a purchase less than 150 EUR we charge a shipping fee of 6,90 EUR. 

Returns

During December 2023 we have extended returns and you have the right to return your purchase until January 8th 2024.  If you wish to make a return, please send us an e-mail to team@ektahelsinki.fi and specify the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will then send a code for you to use for shipping.  

Please pack the item carefully (preferably in the same package as you received the item). The item to be returned should be unused and have the original tag on. 

Returns within Finland

The package can be returned to the same shipping provider as where you picked up your order. 

Please note that we charge a return handling fee of 10 Euros for returns within Finland. This fee will be deducted from the amount to be returned.   

International returns

International returns are paid by the customer.
