Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped within 5 business days.

Shipping within Finland

We use Posti and Matkahuolto as our shipping partners within Finland. Your order will be shipped to a pick-up point chosen by you. The shipping to a pick-up point is free of charge for any purchase above 150 EUR. For a purchase less than 150 EUR we charge a shipping fee of 7,90 EUR.

For orders that have not been picked up within the time frame set by the shipping company, we have the right to charge a fee of 15€ for our handling cost of the order.

International shipping

We ship to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, US, Canada and Australia. International shipping is provided by Postnord, UPS and Fedex.

For orders to Sweden the shipping cost is 10,90 EUR. For other European orders the shipping cost is 15 EUR. For orders to the US and Canada the shipping cost is 35 EUR. For all international orders over 500 EUR we offer free shipping.

Returns

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer rights legislation. Items must be unused and returned with the original tag attached. Please pack the item carefully, preferably in the original packaging.

To start a return, simply log in to your account, go to your order, and select the item(s) you wish to return. You can request a return directly from your order page without needing to contact us first. We offer free returns within Finland.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions by email.

International returns

We offer free returns within Europe. To start a return, log in to your account, go to your order, and select the item(s) you wish to return. For returns outside Europe (Switzerland is considered outside Europe in this case), return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
