Refund policy

Returns

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer rights legislation (right of withdrawal). Items must be unused and returned with the original tag attached. Please pack the item carefully, preferably in the original packaging.

To start a return, log in to your account, go to your order, and select the item(s) you wish to return. You can request a return directly from your order page without needing to contact us first.

Returns within Finland

We offer free returns within Finland. A return label is included with your order — simply attach it to your package and drop it off at your nearest pick-up point.

For orders that have not been picked up within the time frame set by the shipping company, we have the right to charge a handling fee of 15€.

International returns

We offer free returns within Europe. A return label is included with your order. For returns outside Europe (Switzerland is considered outside Europe in this case), return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
