Shipping is free of charge within EU for all purchases above 150 EUR. We use Posti Green as our shipping partner within Finland. International shipping is provided by DHL.
If you for some reason are unhappy with the product, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days.
Please note that we charge a return handling fee of 10 Euros for returns within Finland. This fee will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
International returns are paid by the customer.
It is not necessary to wash our knits often, in fact it is better for the environment to steam iron or air them. When needed to wash, it is possible to wash using the wool program in 30 degrees. When washing, we recommend to use a delicate wool detergent.
Flat dry the product after washing, do not tumble dry.
